I have three reasons that separate me from other contractors:

The first reason to use me as your contractor for this project is because I have the construction expertise and experience to perform all phases of the design-build process.

The second reason is because of the way I do business. You will only deal with me personally on this project and I will use only quality subcontractors that I have worked with on many projects.

The third reason for using me is because of my people skills. I believe that the best way for you to get the quality facility you need, constructed on time (city requirements and time frame excepted) and on budget, is for you and I and the subcontractors to work together as a team with open communication lines. One of my strengths is problem solving. I love the challenge of developing alternatives and presenting solutions to problems. I feel a contractor must always strive for quality, but his reputation is often times judged on how he deals with and corrects problems.
